connect to it by using this URL from the Go,
Connect to Server menu: smb://groupr/groupr/tri

Then click the plus sign to add it to your list.

Hi again,

 

It seems like any time I have to restart my Mac
computer the TRI server fails to mount.  I’m
wondering what could cause this repeat problem?

 

Can you please send detailed written instructions
on how to connect to the TRI server from Mac
20080204[Edit Inv]?  If I can keep instructions at my desk I
won’t have to contact UCS as frequently.

the DNS server.

What is going on with Laura Johnson's computer?  I
don't understand the error/problem as it is
described in the service request.

she cant log into the server. she had tried
changing the automatic IP address to te address
that she had received in the email. but it turns
out that it is incorrect. now she is not able to
log into the computer or the server.
