Scanned her computer found nothing. Deleted her
account and recreated it.

after the scan was ran the computer restarted and
she is not able to access the inter net now. she
has access to all of her drive and printers but no
the internet.

she is getting websites popping up, she is not
able to do any work on her computer.

Alicia called to say that she got a message from
pop up saying that her computer may be infected.
It was not Sophos it was windows defender that
said that her computer may be infected. she would
like to have someone come a take a look at her
computer.
