She said it started working sometime in the last
couple of months, and anyway she uses Thunderbird now.

Here is a quick run down on what has already 
happened.

6/10/2010 - My webmail tasks no longer load/show 
(they previously worked) but the calendar and 
mail showed so called UCS and received task 
#37894.

6/11/2010 - UCS students were over at my desk.  
They updated everything (Jave, Firefox, Windows, 
etc) but tasks still not working.  They indicated 
that it would be referred to Dave Diemer once he 
got back from vacation.

6/15/2010 - Received a call from Nathan?   Wanted 
me to try another computer to see if I had the 
same issue on a different machine.  So I logged 
into Michele VanDeusen's machine (which is just 
like mine) and still had the same issue.

6/22/2010 - I called to check on the task and 
Dave Diemer & Brian Witt had me come over to 
UCS.  I logged on a terminal server at Dave's 
desk and the tasks loaded.  They told me to clean 
out my caches and it should work.  Brian Berkley 
indicated if that did not work to give him a 
call.   I went back to my desk, cleaned caches, 
still did not work.  Called Brian Berkley - he 
remoted in did a lot of "stuff" but could not get 
it to work - Brian B indicated that it was not my 
issue (i.e. log-in etc etc).   Brian B was going 
to talk w/Ron S.   In the meantime, Brian B has 
loaded Thunderbird on my machine so that I could 
get to my tasks.

Nothing since then.

installed thunderbird, it works fine

tried with clean profile on ts, doesn't work in IE
or Firefox

i think its either an issue specific to her
calendar or application server issue as
thunderbird and lightning work just fine

I had Dave check the email account, which is
healthy.  Dave and I can both get into the 'Task'
section of our email accounts.  At this point, it
must be an issue with the computer itself - be it
a browser or Java Runtime issue.

the task on her email system is not opening up and
it just sits there for 15 to 20 minutes. she said
she can access her emails and all that stuff just
fine. but its just the task part in her email
