she tested it again and it opened fine. she said
to close the task and if it happens again she will
call us back.

it started working after 20 minutes. but she stil
wants this to be looked at because she doesnt
think it should take 20 minutes to open

she is not able to downlaod the survey she needs
on excell anymore. when she clicks on it and asks
for the live data. it asks her if she wants to
view in excell, she clicks yes and it jsut sits
there and says verifying. normally it just pops
right up. 

the survey is used for study abroad students for
when they are done with there experience.
the file is: study_abroad_1
