When trying to access the D: it would say not
accessible. It was Roxio blocking it. Showed her
how to use it so she can burn CD's

Michelle Kobold has been unable to open files on
DVD/CD drive. When she puts a disk in to the drive
the computer does not let her open the files. Says
that it has been happening for about two weeks but
that this is the first time she is calling in.
