says he got a call from Brian, says he did what he
asked for him to do but still nothing. I tried to
have him go through the steps in the email again
but says he gets a potential risk page. 

would like for someone to go over and help with this.

Ken,

Right click on H: and P: and disconnect them.

Log out and log back in.

Right click on My Documents from the Start Menu,
select properties.

It should say H:\

If it doesn't, and says \\cougar\mydocuments click
change, type H: and click apply, and when it
prompts to move, choose NO.

gets a message: 
the network folder cougar documents is unavailable
try again later. 

says he has rebooted the machine already, says he
was in them earlier but now cannot get in.
