Hi Don,
This is Lance from UCS with Western Oregon. I'm
emailing you in regards to your task with your
internet not working. I went over to check it. I
think the issue you are having is with Internet
Explore. There are a few ways to fix this issue. I
will list ways to fix it below.

Fix Options
1.) You can use the internet browser Firefox
2.)You can to "start" then "control Panel"
click on Internet Options
Go to the Advance tab and on the bottom there is a
button "reset"
Click it and then a small window will pop up.
click the rest button and it will reset the
setting s and IE will work again.

If you have any questions or problem you can reply

help you further.

I went over and it was the IE add on that causes
issues. I will email him with instructions on how
to fix it.

Hello,

I am emailing you about this task to get more
detail about the problem. Can you describe what
shows up on the browser when you cannot access the
web? Is there an error that pops up? Are there any
warnings on you computer? Could this problem
possibly be replicated by you? Also what browser
do you use?

available times: 
says he is not in but the office coordinator can
let a technician into his office.

says this is a newer machine in his office but is
having trouble with internet and email. says
sometimes it works and others it does not. says
once he gets on the web to type an address and
connect it just says connecting and nothing happens.
