This will be on counter in ITC 008 with GFA setup 
form, ask her if she needs the standalone version 
of SPSS base 12 transfered or if she is using the 
newer version from the terminal Server.
Also she is to get a new local USB printer(Xerox 
P3250DN that is on SR#37946
