She said it happens every once in a while. I
installed updates and also updated IE and Firefox.
 Told her to call us back if she had the problem
again.

Error Message: She is prompted to choose a profile.  She selects
ok, then gets an "Internet Explorer has
encountered an error and needs to close..."  I
don't know how that's happening when she's using
"Foxfire".....
