She says that this wasn't addressed.  But what
prompted her call was that her favorites in her
browser were gone.  When she clicks the print
button, she says it takes forever for the dialog
box to show up.  I had her restart (shut
doown-power button style) and after a long wait,
the favorites still had nothing in them.  It
sounds like the computer is being insanely slow on
all activity.
