The paper wasnt pressing down on the sensor hard
enough.

Hello~ We are having trouble with our scanner. 
The WOU id number is 20080288[Edit Inv].  I used it once
yesterday and it worked fine.  Then, later in the
day I tried to use it again and it would not work.
 The paper is not being pulled through the
document feeder.  If someone could take a look,
that would be great.
