Ran anti virus only found cookies, was working
fine. She will call back when it happens again and
what she was doing.

says when she puts her username and password in
she is taken to another screen where the microsoft
windows comes up saying 

"system has recovered from a serious error..."
says she ignores it and then the computer shuts
off by itself. 

computer seems to be running really slow as well
