explorer shell folder settings, remoted in and
fixed it

says when she opens excel the computer is shutting
down on her, says it will let her open her email
but when she tries to open other programs it shuts
down on her. 

says it redirects her to the log in screen. she
has tried rebooting her machine but same thing
happens.
