I reopened this task as mMary is reporting that 
her New keyboard on the new station has stopped 
working.  We need to make sure it is pluuged in 
and working on a valid usb port.  If it is truely 
a bad keyboard come see me for a brand new 
replacement and bring the non-working keyboard 
back so we can start an RMA as it should not have 
failed so soon.

This is to replace a thin client that she is 
currently using down in the Mailroom, the 
equipment will be on counterdesk area in ITC008 
with New Equip Formm and invoice
