reset his Internet Explorer and everything started
working again including firefox.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time this system has gotten
a virus.

He logs onto one computer in PS office and when he
goes to the internet he gets a message that says
"proxy is refusing the connection"

When he signs on to a different computer
everything works.  And other officers are able to
log on to this computer with no problem.  The only
problem he has is with the internet. 

Has been having the problem with this computer
since Tuesday night.
