she was confused because she though that the new tank needed a 
user code to print and it does not.

Her computer is running really slow.  She tried a
couple things to make it run faster but still
acting really slow.  She has been having a problem
since the power flicker.

Nan Lehto tried to print to tank from her computer
and the computer restarted its self. Tank is the
copier in Werner and it is new. after the computer
restarted it brought up a error report page for
Microsoft. Her computer seems to be working
correctly but needs access to print on tank.
