Hello,

After the attempts to fix my computer didn't work
today, I did some research. I found this forum on
the software company's website that might help.

I also was able to find the error log. The
following is the error message that is thrown when
launching Red Gate.

Hello,

My computer installed some updates this morning
and now the following programs no longer work.
When I attempt to open the program I get the
following error messages.

1. Red Gate SQL Compare - error msg: SQL Compare
has encountered a problem and needs to close.

2. Solutions Design LLBL Gen Pro - error msg:
Absolute path information is required.

Any idea what is causing this problem? I have been
using these programs daily without any problems.
Should I have the software re-installed?
