I ran ccleaner and disabled some visual effects on
his computer. It seems to load and run programs
quicker now. Also ran profilefix

He is not able to work at all and will be at his 
desk most of the day and would love help asap.  
He said others in his department are having 
similiar issues.

Computer keeps locking up and won't access the 
internet and won't open email.  Using Outlook for 
the email.  Word locks up.  Brian helped but it 
only worked a few times. Previous ticket #38144
