Hi Eldon,
This is Lance with UCS. I'm emailing you in
regards to your task where your computer keeps
shutting off. To fix this issue all you have to do
is to log off and log back on.The log off script
will remap and fix the issues. If you have any
questions or problems you can email back or call
the service desk.

Available some this morning.  Portia can let a 
tech into his office if need be.  I tried to have 
him follow Brian Berkley's instructions from his 
blog and Eldon told me it's not working, he's 
already tried everything.

desktop.  Tried re-booting, not fixing the 
problem.
