She had a couple shortcuts on her desktop that where pointing to 
//cougar/mydocuents. I changed them and ran the script for fixing 
user permissions.

She will be a student teching at 11:00 but 
available now.  She is not able to work.

Sorry the note below should say she can't access 
the files under her H drive from her computer but 
can from other computers.  She really would love 
help asap if possible.  She wanted someone to 
come by now if possible and I told that I would 
make it a priority.

This just started happening.  Has a blue screen 
and says an error has occured.

(this is a laptop with wireless)
She can access the files

Error message:
The Sophos protection updating has failed.  Local 
area connection is unplugged.
