 Dear Help Desk,
 
About a week ago, we had some issues with a
computer in our department.  The issues started
when we were working in Publisher.
 
The same issues are starting once again.  The
computer just completely freezes up, etc while
working in this program, often losing what we are
working on.  The computer # is 20071103[Edit Inv].
 
The person that works in this program and on that
computer is Cynthia Finlay.  She is in the office
Monday-Thursday from 1 -5 p.m.
 
If there any way someone can come over to APS 201
during the times that she is here in the office
that would be great.
