This was because of a problem on kittyhawk, which
Dave has now solved.  I contacted Lori and she
said she had not updated anything and I can redo
the copy after 5:30.

I walked her through mapping the MyDocs folder and
the check to make sure that the H: drive listed
with the homeb/etc. etc.  She recently got married
and changed her name from Lori Davidson to Lori
Bullis.  Perhaps her data is under homed?
