He got everything updated. I did Mike S.'s fix for
the Java security problem thing found in his blog.

He is getting an error "There are not enough
plugins to view all media on this page." I told
him to go ahead and update everything it asks him
to. If he gets any more errors or has problems
with the latest version of Java, he will call back.

and what options to select to get into Banner.
