My Computer, ( 20060223), is having some issues.
When I log in it brings up something called "AV
Security" which proceeds to tell me that I have a
virus.  When I try to proceed to remove it it says
it needs credit card info to proceed. Obviously
this is wrong. So I got out of it and tried to run
Sophos or CCleaner, but couldn't because it tells
me that I those programs are causing the virus. 
This seems to be only on that computer. I think
that whatever source I'm using to get music maybe
less secure than I thought.

Can you let computer services know so that they
can come and take the computer to fix it. I'm
working on another computer at the moment so I'm
fine for today.
