Went over and it was working again, so it must
have been some glitch. She will call back if it
happens again

Jenny cannot connect to the internet. She has
rebooted about 3 times and neither firefox or IE
won't let her online. She says the homepage pulls
up but when she goes to go a search she gets an
error. She will be here all day. The only thing
she had running was her email.
