It is most likely the machine being glitchy. It is
a multi- function printer/fax so we dont support it.

She says it's printing today again, but would like
it to be consistent.

She's here till 3pm today. Here from 8-4 tomorrow.

Error light/button lights up on the printer when
she sends a print job.  Canon MS6590 is the model
number.  The problem is intermittent.  She calls
on occasion to get it fixed, someone comes over
and fixes it, then it returns to the same problem.
