She had rearranged her monitors and some of the
dvi connectors got twisted which caused her
monitor to black out

Thech came in yesterday to put in a second montor 
and it says that it is in powersave. After she 
was done working on her second screen that it 
went into power save and she cannot get it off of 
power save.
