He upgraded to office 07 and he didnt get the new
req fixer. He has outlook, he just calls it
outlook express

We dont use or support outlook express.

He needs the java connector, and registry fix, and
possibly even the search service in outlook disabled.

Donald is having problems with his outlook express
some emails won't open and says out of memory or 
system recources.
