It was a suspicious file in his H: drive.  I
removed it, along with a suspicious folder in his
program files directory. I also ran a Sophos scan,
which came up clean. I told him to contact Bill or
myself if it comes back and I will do a full
cleanse.  

I had him re-scan his computer.

Went over. darrin said his computer was working
fine after 15 minutes the day it started. i
checked his computer and found one possible virus
folder and removed it. other than that, darin said
his computer is working fine.

there is a computer that is acting like it has a
virus on it. The computer is indexing and has a
magnifying glass in the lower right corner. when
the computer is not running any program Darin said
that the performance meeter is still jumping around
