I updated Firefox, Windows and Java. I logged in
using my account and he CC box in the webmail
appears normal for me. Waiting for her to confirm
that it is working for her as well.

Hi. I don't know when I'll next be in the office
(probably mid next-week) but you are welcome to
have Debbie Braun or Jeanne Deane, who is right
across the hall from me (HSS 114), let you in. I'm
cc:ing them on this message, to confirm. I did
update Firefox as per Brian's recommendation and
also cleared the cache using the youtube video.
Alas . . . still half sized. Perhaps Bill
Schoenfeld might recall what the issue was?

Hi there,

We received a call from Emily Plec and she was
asking for Brian but she didn't know which one. 
She said that this "Brian" was helping her with
1/2 page email problems, the same problem that
Bill Schoenfeld had had.  She said there was a
service request ticket on this but didn't know the
number and I couldn't find it anywhere.

Anyways, which ever Brian....she wanted to say
that she's still having problems and she's at
8-8819 until 1:30 and then at home at 503-831-1123
but she wants to give you "permission" to work on
her machine.
