ran ccleaner. removed Mcaffe virus software that
probably got installed when they installed open
office on the computer yesterday. and ran SAS.
after a restart, the computer was back to normal.

The computer is taking forever to load. It is also
taking a long time to log off. This is a computer
that is used at the reference desk so they really
need this checked out as soon as it can be.
