What pubrel access does Michael Collins need? 
Part of the request says a pubrel folder on an I:
drive and another part says a folder on the J:
drive.  I do not want to give the wrong access, so
let me know every folder this user needs access to.

Typically we request that any adds/moves/changes
to network shares come from the head of the
department.  This is to ensure that only people
who need access get access.
