New info from Tom:
"Crystal 11 is recommended.  get it from the
download center of the CLM 2.6.0 upgrade.  You'll
need to get the crystalxirdcinstall.msi."

He thought that might help Nathan resolve the issue.

Tom got someones message that the tech would need
to come. He says that any time 8-5 will work for
the tech to come and fix the problem.

Tom called in checking and letting us know that
the printing problem still has not been resolved.
Told him that they are working on it and that it
has a high priority.

Campus Loan Manager isn't printing on Crystal
reports.  When he tries to send the report to the
printer it grays out the box to let him print.  He
isn't able to print anything from this program. 
Everything else is working and printing fine.

Notes that someone came to clean his computer and
hasn't worked with this program since then.
