Hello -

My printer has a distressing paper jam - the 
paper entered as it entered and there was no way 
to grab it.

The jam is profound, and I can't see into the 
interior part of the printer where the paper is 
now camping-out.

I'll be in Rice101B tomorrow morning, and Lenore 
will be in the outer office and can give you 
access during the day.
