He is the Assistant Director of Athletics and he 
said he doesn't have a computer right now so he's 
using the terminal server to log in but it's not 
letting him log in.  I tried to ask some 
questions on what he's doing or what steps he's 
doing but I didn't get very far.  He'd like a 
call back ASAP to get help with logging in.
