This is the message that I get after I select
"install now" from the pop-up reminder:

Java 6.0.02
The Java Console extension is no longer supported
and will be automatically removed the next time
you restart Firefox.  This will not affect any
Java applications or websites in any way.

When she try's to update her computer it says that
her computer does not support the software. The
updates are for java. She gets the message
everyday and she try's to update but it will not
let her finish the updates. She would like to have
someone come and take a look at it.
