He computer was not correctly connected to the doc
and was not getting power. It ran out of power and
also had a bad connection to the internet because
it was not completely connected.

her computer will not turn on at all now. her
computer gave her a message saying that it was
preparing to shut down and then it went black. she
would like to have someone to come and take a
look. she has tried to restart the computer and it
will not work.

Her computer is running super slow.  Not dragging 
to her documents.  She has tried doing a hard 
shut down and that didn't fix it.  It is a laptop.
It shows deleting but still under "my 
documents".  Then when she closes "my documents" 
then after wards it does show it closed.
