She called me directly to ask if we could deliver 
this or at least give a date of delivery.  They 
use this printer for printing, faxing and 
scanning and the professors are constantly asking 
her the status.  It's the departments only color 
printer.

I will only be here this week through Thurs. 
until 3:30 pm and on Friday morning.  Then I am 
gone for the next 2 weeks.  I really need to have 
my printer printing properly by the time I get 
back!  Any chance of that happening?

We were just checking in with you, we have a 
service request (#38651) relating to the printer 
not printing completely.  I was just going to see 
some different dates/times that might work for 
you and I will update this ticket with this info 
so a technician can help with this.

When Debbie is printing she gets lines through the
paper. it is putting the lines vertically. she has
replaced the cartage and it stopped it for a while
but it started to do it again.
