the printer is number 20080291[Edit Inv] and will not print
multi page pdf documents. Other printers will work
though.

Betty can not select to print more than one or two
pages at a time when she is printing from PDF. she
would like to have someone come and take a look at
the issue. she needs to have this printed today.
