Her outlook is currently working but she said
there are issues sometimes. Told her to take a
screenshot of the problems and send them to the
service request desk with the task.

Lyn Ayers outlook is wanting to start in safe
mode. This is the only program that is wanting to
start this way. She would like to have someone
come and take a look at her computer to make sure
that there is nothing going on with it.
