Uninstalled his Firefox. Berkley helped with
installing Biquery for him as well. Remember not
to change the character code settings in Firefox.
It will break web pages from coming up.

Fred has been having issues with his Firefox. he
is now not able to access portal. He has
uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and this has
not fixed the issue. He would like to know why
this is happening. he has been havong issues with
banner and a goverment website. He does not want
to use IE
