Went over had her restart her computer. Clean
access agent logged in fine. it looks like it
updated itself and all it needed was a restart.

She came in this morning and turned on her 
computer and it wanted to updates so she did but 
in doing the automatic updates, it's show the 
clean access agent grayed out.  Would like help 
asap.
