he doesn't have admin rights and it is off-campus,
gave him a temp local account with admin rights
via TeamViewer, told him to stop by the office
next week with the laptop

The computer has to be turned on for us to "see"
it and grant you admin rights.

It's machine name is: SS81044PIERCEM

Please let me know when you have it powered on,
and I can remotely grant you admin rights.

Robert does not have the admin rights to install a
printer onto the computer that he was issued. He
does not have access to his office because of
remolding. He would like to know if there is any
way that he could be able to install the printer
onto his computer.
