the printer, now pending the fuser which Adam 
says is still on order.

Hi again:

Adam was here when the part came in and he looked 
at it and said our staff wouldn't be the ones to 
do this.  I checked with Martin DeLeon at IKON 
and confirmed that an IKON tech has to do the 
work so I have a service call in to them.

On this one, Adam said we needed an new fuser 
which is under warranty so he said he would be 
getting one soon.  We will also have a work order 
to install a postscript in the Provost's new 
Riccoh copier so Linda can print color from her 
Mac - we haven't gotten the part yet.

There is a new cartridge in it and there extra ink
that is showing up in the corner of pages.
