She says the phone is wrong he new number 88837 
or 88383
She works in the mail room, print shop or 
Business Office. She needs help for the printer 
in the mail room

 cannot print anything in the mail room. 
Everytime she tried to print anything the program 
says that she needs to save it as an .xps file.
