She said a tech went to look at this and the 
problem was not happening. She called again and 
said that the problem is still going on it just 
takes longer for the problem to come up.

Her computer said that there were updates that 
she needed so she updated her computer and not 
she can no longer be logged into her email and 
the Presidents at the same time she gets an error 
that says "You are not authorized to do the 
operation"
