She was running an old version of Firefox. She
also had windows updates due for install, as well
as Java. I updated everything, ran ccleaner and
installed some extra RAM that we had available. It
is much master now, and I didn't encounter any errors.

She starts it up and then does alt/ctrl/del.  Has 
strange error messages and says that Firefox 
won't open.  It started happening Friday but is 
doing it again today. She would like someone to 
take a look at it.
