There were several toolbars in IE that were
causing her problems. I disabled them all and it
works fine now

Internet is taking a long time to load web page.
she is trying to get in to banner but it will not
load. it just keeps showing that it is connecting.
after she restarted the connecting was still
really slow to just load up the home page. it also
told her that the virus definitions did not load.
It told her to restart her computer to install the
updates. Still slow after restarting for the
second time.
