Hi Anna,

We were just checking in with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you (#39186).

Web mail calendar keeps popping up with a time 
slot and takes over the event every day.

We were wondering if this is still occuring for 
you?  If so, just let us know, we'll be happy to 
help.

A problem with her calendar.  Acting weird.  
Doing a pre-sloted time slot like a new event.  
But if there is something there.  It seems to 
automatically pop up every day.  She is using 
webmail
