her printer.

Called and said that she has called several times.
The new faculty member is without admin rights and
the printer that is in the office is not working.
She is not able to do her job and she is becoming
frustrated.

She also needs help with the computer that is 
hooked up to the computer. The computer won't let 
anyone do anything on it because they need to 
change who the computer belongs too.

Can't get it to print.  Then also gets a message 
that they need to save before printing which is 
not normally the process.
